Description of problem:
Sync Status results shows Sync complete before any sync has taken place.


How reproducible:
import a subscription manifest, enable a repository, go to the sync status page and look at the "result" column.
  
Actual results:
Sync Status results shows Sync complete before any sync has taken place.

Expected results:
Sync Status results shows not synced before any sync has taken place.

There is no attached screenshot.  I cannot duplicate this as described. That said, if you have sync'd it says "Sync Complete" for a previously completed Sync.  Do you want it to say "Sync completed" since it's always describing something that has finished?  I think that would be more accurate.
