This package states it requires perl(Data::Dumper) >= 2.131. We need to sub-package Data::Dumper from perl and package Data::Dumper from CPAN.

However I think it could work with current Data::Dumper (2.130) too. I will try to weaken the dependency for now.

All tests pass with Data::Dumper 2.130. Built perl-Object-InsideOut-3.88-1.fc17 in bootstrap mode to allow upgrading perl-Math-Random-MT-Auto to version 6.18.
