Since Pulp accepts dots in pulp repo ids:

[root@ofed ~]# pulp-admin repo create --id "test.test3"
Successfully created repository [ test.test3 ]

We sould not remove them from repo names that are coming out of Katello.

Instead of 

xxxRed_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_5_Server_Beta_Source_ISOs_ia64_57

we should have

xxxRed_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_5_Server_Beta_Source_ISOs_ia64_5.7

Because possibly it could cause troubles, because:

11.1 == 1.11 -> 111 == 111

Instead of dot the patch uses underscore. But the result is the same:

xxxRed_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_5_Server_Beta_Source_ISOs_ia64_5_7
