Description of problem:
Im wondering if disabled plans should be displayed on recently created page, or on the default page (https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/accounts/tpelka/recent/).

I don't think disabled plan should be displayed at "default" page.

This bug was fixed in tcms 3.8.0, disabled plan will not show on user's recent page.

Verify 3.8.0-1 on stage   -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Check home page.


Actual result:
Disabled plan couldn't be displayed.
