Description of problem:
On Asus F3Tc acpi_power_off doesn't power off the platform. Console output when tried from runlevel 3 with debug on:

1. poweroff
  
Actual results:
Machine is not powered off.

Expected results:
Power off.

Additional info:
It worked OK with Ubuntu kernel.
