This release contains a bunch of janitorial fixes, but does contain an
actual bug fix from Ondrej Zary (bug 28249).

      Adapt to videoabi 12
      Make failure to XAA non-fatal
      Fix for new vgaHW ABI
      Remove xalloc/xcalloc/xrealloc/xfree
      Remove if(E != NULL) checks around free(E)
      Add &component=Driver/ark to Bugzilla link
      Remove uses of xf86PciInfo.h
      Use unsigned long rather than deprecated IOADDRESS
      Fix typo in 5ab0bf04
      Use pci_device_map_legacy rather than xf86MapDomainMemory
      Change types of FBBase/MMIOBase to pointer, remove casts
      Don't assume that FB address registers are initialized properly
