Description of problem:
When running semodule -r <mymodule> I get:

"libsemanage.semanage_reload_policy: load_policy returned error code 1. (Too many levels of symbolic links).
libsemanage.semanage_reload_policy: load_policy returned error code 1. (Too many levels of symbolic links).
semodule:  Failed!"

This is a 'usrmoved' f17 system

policycoreutils-2.1.10-17.fc17.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (add a user defined module) 
2. run semodule -r <usermodule>
3.
  
Actual results:
The removeal of the module fails

Expected results:
The module is succesfully removed

Fixed in policycoreutils-2.1.10-18.fc17.x86_64
