Description of problem:

When loading a filter, in this case EDG-BetaMHA, the "Load and Docbook" button is not downloading a zipped file as it usually does. I have tried this on Fedora 16 using Chrome and Firefox.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any filter in Skynet web interface.
2. Click "Load and DocBook" button.
3. Wait forever for zipped file download to occur.
  
Actual results:

No zipped download.

Expected results:

Zipped download with relevant topics.

Isn't Docbook now emailed?

Josh: you're absolutely right. 

My bad, this is not a bug. Setting this BZ to closed, notabug.
