Created attachment 558298 [details] spm logs. Description of problem: Flow: - 2 hosts, connected to iSCSI pool - vm is running on HSM - start 'dd' on guest O.S to fill thinly provisioned disk - HSM creates an extend messages, asking SPM to extend disk (lvextend) - SPM doesn't seem to check mailbox from digging into host, it seems as if SPM_MailMonitor is not alive on SPM. please note that I don't have consistent repro for this issue, though i'm a bit concern, so decided to open a bug, I would like you guys to go over the flow in the code, and see if there is a place where something like that can happen. attached SPM logs.
