katello-0.1.206-1 is fixed with 4b33a82 785703 - fixing user creation code I will try all our system cli tests with various logging levels just to be sure Did testing with all log levels and did not see any regressions. Katello Version: 0.1.207-1.el6 worked fine for me today. Things seem to be working fine for everyone, so I'm validating this. |
for some reason Katello cannot be installed. I tested RHEL 6.2. It fails during the db seed step: Errors occured during orchestration #<OrderedHash {}> Queue Failed - [#<Task:0x7f47cd746f00 @action=[#<User id: nil, username: "admin", password: "admin", helptips_enabled: true, created_at: nil, updated_at: nil, own_role_id: nil, page_size: 25, disabled: false, email: "root@localhost", password_reset_token: nil, password_reset_sent_at: nil, preferences: nil>, :set_pulp_user], @status="failed", @priority=3, @timestamp=Mon Jan 30 11:25:14 +0100 2012, @name="create pulp user: admin">] When I try to send the request using curl, Pulp responds with 409 which should be expected in Katello. But for unknown reason it fails. Unfortunately our db-hooked orchestration does not show the original exception. http://pastebin.test.redhat.com/74998 Anyone touched anything that could cause this issue? Please note there is a new pulp build. Not sure if this is related. Instead of pulp-0.0.262-1.el6.noarch we now have a pulp-0.0.263-1.el6.noarch in the testing repo. The changelog is: - fix depsolver to include file based deps (pkilambi) - 783251 - Implements support for i18n ids for entities like repo, user, filter, consumer group etc. Also includes unit tests to avoid regressions related to unicode handling. (skarmark) - Revert "783251 - reverting previous fix to add a more effficient fix with less code" (skarmark) - "783251 - reverting part of the fix for i18n ids" (skarmark) - 784724 - fix add package to use the correct package object when setting the repo id value (pkilambi) - 773752 - pulp-admin packagegroup add_package does not add pkg to repo (jmatthews)
