Hi !

Same for me here, and I have quite the same device (sharing the same module in fact) : RTL8185

It was supported (and native) since a lot of years before.

So, I confirm the bug.

Thanks.

Please try the test kernels here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3749626

Does that restore the driver?

Comment 3 Flavio Lopes 2012-02-05 12:29:42 UTC
Please forgive me for the delay. Couldn't test kernel later. That works fine.

Comment 4 John W. Linville 2012-02-06 15:32:51 UTC
kernel-3.2.3-2.fc16 should resolve this issue.

Comment 5 Alexandre Singh 2012-02-06 17:54:27 UTC
Sorry for the delay too :)

The latest update kernel-3.2.3-2.fc16 is OK for me.

Thanks, and congrats for the good job.

Comment 6 Fred Nuevo 2012-02-12 17:36:29 UTC
hello,

I have the same problem but with the card BCM4322

it's ok with 3.1.9-1.fc16.i686 but no wifi card with 3.2.2-1.fc16.i686 and 3.2.5-3.fc16.i686

must I create a new bug?

Comment 7 John W. Linville 2012-02-13 15:00:36 UTC
Fred, please open a new bug for the issue you are experiencing.
