Description banana 2012-02-01 05:43:07 UTC
Description of problem: The libreoffice calc program in the Fedora 16 repository does not have the non-linear problem solver engine. This is available when using the program as downloaded and installed from the libreoffice website.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run libreoffice calc
2. Click tools menu, select solver...
3. Click on Options and select Solver Engine.

Actual results: LibreOffice Linear Solver

Expected results: SCO Evolutionary Algorithm, DEPS Evolutionary Algorithm, LibreOffice Linear Solver

Additional info: The libreoffice website states that the non-linear solver was once an extension and now has been rolled into the main program but it depends on libobasis3.4-extension-nlpsolver-3.4.5-502.x86_64.rpm which is included in their download. This package is not available in the Fedora repository.
