Description of problem:
Failed to fetch Test-TCP-1.15.tar.gz following the instructions on github:

Actual results:
Failed to download Test-TCP-1.15.tar.gz. After git push, the app encouters "Internal server error".

Expected results:
Test-TCP-1.15.tar.gz should be downloaded and perl dancer should be installed successfully.

Troy, can you take a look at this.  I am not sure if it is an issue with the mirror of the source.

Fixed.  I resynced our mirror with the perl CPAN.
I have changed the update frequency of our CPAN rsync to sync more often.

Successfully fetched Test-TCP-1.15.tar.gz, but failed while building and testing it.

I just tried it and it worked for me.

Can you try it again and see if it is still not working.
If it is still failling for you, which area are you testing in prod, stg, or dev?
