This was implemented and a new SRPM was provided privately to Ade for testing. Ade has reported it is working fine.

We need to do a new release, but adding just this one function is not sufficient to justify a new release given work in generating both an upstream release and RPM's for fedora and RHEL.

Therefore this bz will depend on some other open python-nss bugs.
