Description Todd Warner 2012-02-01 20:50:16 UTC
Description of problem:

Our beta customers, and our customers in general, need guidance ready to go come beta-time that instructs a customer in the process of uninstalling a CloudForms cleanly, to include, potentially, database instance. The end result should be no CloudForms install, all configuration gone, database is gone, and the database (if other instances are on it) is left standing, the RHEL box that CloudForms was running on is left intact, but all the bits, data, and configuration is gone.
