Description Jiří Mikulka 2012-02-02 09:36:57 UTC
Description of problem:
Satellite 541 doesn't show BIOS information correctly in the "DMI Info" section of the system profile's Details / Hardware / DMI Info, although BIOS version and other hardware information are send correctly to the Satellite when registering or when rhn-profile-sync is run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 5.4.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. register system to the Satellite
2. select the system in the Systems tab, then go to Datails/Hardware page and check DMI Info section -- BIOS info should be missing

Actual results:
BIOS info is missing

Expected results:
Bios: [bios vendor] - [bios version] - [bios release date]

Additional info:
This bug was discovered during testing bug 751893 (client side is fixed in that bugzilla).
