Since this includes the security fixes in 6.23, we should push it out ASAP for other branches.  I'm building for F16 + F15, and will put the package updates in Bodhi as security related, referencing the upstream notes.

By the way, I admit to being uninformed as to how security fixes can be pushed out faster than the 1-week waiting time in updates-testing allows.  We should look into that...
