Description of problem:
Not able to shutdown the system.
It only results in a reboot  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 16 (Gnome 3)

How reproducible:
Every time I try to shutdown 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose shutdown in Gnome 3
2.Use poweroff or shutdown in a terminal

Additional info:

When I do a fresh install every thing works perfect.
After the updates (A new kernel 3.2.2) the problem appears.
If I choose the kernel that was installed from the Live cd I can shutdown again.

I tried start the computer whit only the keyboard,mouse and monitor connected.
And the system shuts down.

I connected LAN and still the system shuts down.
One at a time I plugged USB back.
The problem is the web cam (logitech)
When I connect the web cam, the system will only reboot.

The new kernel (3.2.3-2) has fixed the problem
