This is a warning that something was resetting the device when it got closed. If this happens outside of VirtualBox, please let us know. I had few ssh connections in VB. Somewhy (before it was working whole night) it was "resets"/lost. I was not able to get network working (maybe need to wait longer, but at least not in ~2 minutes frame). Only reboot helped.
