Description Jeremy Newton 2012-02-02 17:22:45 UTC
Description of problem:
After upgrading to kernel 3.2.2-1 from 3.2.1-3, my wireless card driver does not seem to load/start. As well, my wireless card doesn't appear to be picked up at all by Gnome.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.2.2-1 compared to 3.2.1-3 and prior

How reproducible:
Always happens when loading kernel 3.2.2-1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update to kernel 3.2.2-1
2. Restart into kernel 3.2.2
3. Observe lack of network capabilities

Actual results:
Network card does seem to be detected or start.

Expected results:
Network card should work just fine, as it does in prior kernels

Additional info:
Output of "lspci | grep Network":
04:01.0 Network controller: Ralink corp. RT2561/RT61 802.11g PCI
I am using an ASUS PCI-G31 Wireless card

I'm fairly sure this is a duplicate of another reported bug, but I can't honestly remember which bug is which now.
