1) Change your language to something other than english
2) Go to Content Management -> Sync Plans page
3) Click on new sync plan or edit one if you already have a sync plan

note the  dates are formed by a JS widget and not i18nized.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist

Closing all i18n bus due to ne architecture. The goal is still a localized UI and CLI, but we will do this via a new round of testing.
