Description of problem:
It can be useful if we can 'Clone Job' from the past. I expect setting a Job Server in the MRG Grid pool for Cumin to show job submissions and details.

When we have all those information it might be possible to 'Clone Job' and run it again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grid - Submission - Submit job
2. Grid - Submission - Look into job - Look into details of run
In my case: Grid - Submission - Submission 'aaa' › Job 2.0
3. You can see:
# Hold Job
# Release Job
# Remove Job

Actual results:
'Clone Job' missing

Expected results:
'Clone Job' is there

Additional info:
We need probably investigate if Job Server have enough information for resubmitting (cloning) job.

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
