Probe Apache:Uptime does not show values in graph

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create probe Apache:Uptime
2. push scout config
3. check graph of this probe
  
Actual results:
nothing displayed in graph - uptime is shown only in description of probe

nice graph with values ploted in

This is not a bug, more an RFE.
Apache:Uptime was never meant to display graphs. This type of probe just shows the status, as there's no metrics defined and no data is stored into the time_series.

To prevent confusion, we won't offer to display graph for probes without metrics.
