Details in notifications breaks the notification list table formatting. This fix corrects the formatting and the notification table appears correctly.

787305 - Fix for nasty lines when details are present in notices.
I was trying to sync a custom repo and UI raised a sync error with notification saying "There were errors syncing repository 'rhel61_64'.
