Description of problem:
The config file for GRUB2 is grub.cfg located in /boot/grub2/ directory.
However, other distributions place it in /boot/grub/ instead.
And some software expect to find it there.

This is the case with KDM.
As a result, KDM doesn't work fully in Fedora - i.e. the GRUB2 support is not working in KDM. It is expected that you can choose another OS/kernel to restart with, but no.

Yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use KDM as login manager
2. Configure KDM to use GRUB2 boot manager
3. Leave KDE: a menu appears, similar to the picture in the link below, EXCEPT THAT there is no list of the OS/kernel you can boot from :

It is not possible to choose the OS/kernel to restart from

Expected results:
It must be possible to choose the OS/kernel to restart from (as shown in the picture)
If you symlink /boot/grub2/grub.cfg to /boot/grub/grub.cfg then it works.

Additional info:
It's a pity because GRUB2 support in KDE was presented as an official feature of Fedora 16, but it is obviously not the case...
