* Create template from VM on a different domain.
* Try to deactivate the target domain while template creation is still running.
* Error indicates that there are VMs running, even though no VMs are running.

Error: Cannot deactivate Storage. Running VMs were detected.<br/>-Please stop all running VMs associated with this Storage Domain first.
