1. upload october manifest (or any manifest with lots of repos should work)
2. Navigate back to Red Hat Provider page

Actual results:
Slow load - about 15 seconds on my test machine

Expected results:
same load speed as other pages (about 5 seconds)

Anecdotal experience has shown me that this page seems to be slower vs what it was like in early January.  I don't have any hard data but it would be good to look at this page to see if we are doing anything bad that can be fixed easily.

Seems to be performing normally now (same load time as other pages).  Verified, katello-0.2.1-1.git.14.986d338.el6
