Try to execute $ restorecon -R -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t /etc/WebCalendar and let me know if everythin works for you. Thank you. # restorecon -R -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t /etc/WebCalendar restorecon: invalid option -- 't' usage: restorecon [-iFnprRv0] [ -L labelprefix ] [-e excludedir ] [-o filename ] [-f filename | pathname... ] I did a restorecon -Rv /etc/WebCalendar and it did nothing. Did you mean chcon -R -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t /etc/WebCalendar ? Also the main portion of WebCalendar is in /usr/share/WebCalendar. Ah, my fault. I meant # chcon -t -R -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t /etc/WebCalendar Did that. No more alert. WebCalendar is still not working correctly (bug 788217), but I do not think that is a selinux issue. Why does WebCalendar wrighting into /etc If it is storing content it should be in /var/lib/WebCalendar or if it is temporary in /var/run/WebCalendar This occurred during configuration of WebCalendar. It may not be needed during normal operation. I do not know that. selinux-policy-3.10.0-78.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/selinux-policy-3.10.0-78.fc16 Package selinux-policy-3.10.0-78.fc16: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days.
