Description of problem:
PushTrans option does not work in both python and maven client.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Maven: client API version is 1.4.6-SNAPSHOT, but server API version is 1.5-SNAPSHOT
Python: 1.3.3
Zanata Server:Zanata version 1.5-SNAPSHOT (20120207-1356)


How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. mvn zanata:push -Dzanata.pushTrans
2. zanata push --push-trans
3.
  
Actual results:
Neither of client generate any error, yet translations are not shown in server.


Expected results:
Neither of client generate any error, and translation are shown in server.

Tried uploaded es-ES translation to http://zanata-intrepid.lab.eng.bne.redhat.com:8080/project/view/SecurityGuide/ and it works.

Suspect it might have to do with the 'merge' option. Ding-Yi Chen, can you retry the push.

Seems I make a mistake by assuming the po files from source must contain translation.
