Setting CondNACK Patch since we're dependent on SAM making the certificate available for in a method other than scp. adding patch, gerrit.virt.bos.redhat.com:8080/gerrit/26 will retest when qe's sam server is available from bz786049 additional patch: http://gerrit.virt.bos.redhat.com:8080/gerrit/51
