Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync a non x86-64 repo
2. Export the TDL
3. The arch tag contains always x86-64 in the XML output

It was hardcoded in our codebase because of:

exporting TDO from Fedora 16 32bit repo applies on the *.xml file a tag like:

  <name>template_dev</name>

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
