Steps to Reproduce:
1. created a user shveta
2. Unable to create a deployable from Content
3. When i click on Cloud--> Component Outline
click on a component outline , message displayed :
Images cannot be built, as no provider accounts are currently enabled.

Sheveta, by default users are only allowed to login and launch previously created deployables.  Can you give that user an additional role and try again please.

So i assigned "Application blueprint Administrator" role to the user
And the "new deployable" button came up but on clicking it says :
"Insufficient privileges"

Then whats the use of that role ?

moving version to 1.0.0 .  version = found in version

will retry this and recreate a bug if necessary.
