Description of problem:
sesame init.d script does not implement force-reload which means sesame init.d script is not LSB compliant.

sesame-1.0-2.el6.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1.service sesame force-reload

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
