Description of problem:
Having installed the client configuration rpm, an error prevents repositories to be listed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.0.2; rh-rhui-tools-2.0.53-1.el6.noarch.rpm; RHEL-6.2-RHUI-2.0.2-20120203.1-Server-x86_64-DVD1.iso; rhel 6.2

How reproducible:
N/A

Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstall  the rh-amazon-rhui-client package
2. install custom rhui client configuration package
3. command "yum repolist" fails to display the custom rhui repository
  
Actual results:
Error displaying repository list

Expected results:
Custom repository list displayed

Disabling the "rhui-lb" yum plug-in affects the issue...
