Description of problem:
Latest kernel upgrade this morning causes my modem to no longer function

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.2.3-2.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:
You need my modem (USB 1c9e:6061)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Refer to bug 758747

Actual results:
Reverting to previous kernel 3.2.2-1.fc16.x86_64 allows modem to work

Please refer to bug 758747 for an overview of this failure as its a bit involved as my modem was working via a work around due to the bug reported there.
