How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Imported an ami for ec2 , launched a deployable
2. revoked "Application blueprint owner" role for admin
3. admin is still able to launch from that deployable . (may be correct)
4.  But admin is able to edit the application blueprint also
Is that right?

moving version to 1.0.0 .  version = found in version

Admin has site-wide admin privileges -- unless you revoked 'Administrator', admin can do all. NOTABUG?
