Description of problem: When add-brick is done when the the I/O is going on, the I/O operation on the mount point returns ENOENT. The behaviour was seen even with stat-prefetch off

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mkdir /mnt/gluster/files; 
2. for i in `seq 1 20000`; do touch /mnt/gluster/files/$i; done
3. gluster volume add-brick test 192.168.1.34:/brick2

we have proper fd migration code from graph to graph now... please test for the behavior in 3.3.0qa23

Don't see this issue with 3.3.oqa23. Moving it to verified.
