Description of problem:
After migration to usrmove feature [1], fixfiles shows nonsense percent number -2147483648% when it is finished

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
policycoreutils-2.1.10-21.fc17.x86_64

Not only at the end. It run over 150% in my case. The number was also decreasing a few moments.

Finally it has the same effect as asterisk progress bar before. Nobody knows when it finishes. ;-)

Right the algorithm does not handle multiple disks properly.  The code is in restore.c if someone has time to look at it.

Fixed in policycoreutils-2.1.13-8.fc18.x86_64
