The decision table in the sample repository that can be installed upon first logging into the BRMS user interface was flawed due to a conversion error from the 5.0.0 sample repository. The conversion error has been corrected and the issue no longer occurs.

This has been fixed on the master branch *and* back-ported to 5.3.x branch.
