Description of problem:
Sometimes when fencing occur (not manual fencing) Host status in webadmin Host's view is not updated to "reboot" status. 
Since BE waits for VDSM for 300 seconds, it should update the status of the Host when fencing happens.

Not always

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Verify there is a proxy host in the cluster.
2.Disconnect a LN's interface or stop VDSM service in the HOST

"Reboot" status is not updated in GUI
 

Expected results:
"Reboot" status is updated in GUI
