Description of problem:

Well, I do not think it is a bug but much more an access right problem.
Would it be possible to have a the RHEV link access in Red Hat Product List ?

While I cannot speak authoritatively, I assume the restrictions place on this product are intentional. If you are a Red Hat customer, you can raise issues via the customer portal at https://access.redhat.com/
