Description John Reiser 2012-02-10 05:50:28 UTC
Description of problem: When anaconda thinks that it is done with a fresh install from DVD, then anaconda ejects the DVD. Whooops, that's the root of the running anaconda installer system. So nothing works any more: VT2 cannot run anything that is not already cached in RAM, etc.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-17.7

How reproducible: every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install Fedora 17 Alpha TC2 from DVD. Wait until installer is done and ejects the DVD.
2. Switch to VT2.
3. Try to run any program, say "ps", or "ls", or "vi", etc.

Actual results: I/O Error

Expected results: usual successful invocation of program
