Description of problem:

when go to install netcdf-4.1.3-3.fc16.x86_64 from updates testing get: 

"Test Transaction Errors:   file /usr/share/info/dir from install of netcdf-4.1.3-3.fc16.x86_64 conflicts with file from package info-4.13a-15.fc15.x86_64"

 netcdf-4.1.3-3.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:

 always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run updates from updates testing
2. get error

 get error

Expected results:

 magically works

Same results here.

Doing a yum update, results are the same

netcdf-4.1.3-4.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

Package netcdf-4.1.3-4.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing netcdf-4.1.3-4.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
