Description of problem:

TCMS Web UI - Can't see bug icon when adding the bug number to the run test case

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.6.3 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Test Run and start to pass tests
2. Fill in bug number by clicking on "Add" link
3. Fail the test
  
Actual results:

There is no icon for a bug when filling the bug number to the test case.

Expected results:
Should be a bug number..

The bug icon can not be show because this bug belong to run33595, rather than current run. 

If bug786803 is existing in current run, Try to add the same bug ID again. Then you can see "786803 From Run 33595,Run 33717", and "Run 33717" can be deleted.
