Currently, finding out the reason for a SYNC_FAILED or SYNC_PARTIAL sync result involves reading the entire sync report. It would be better to have the gist of this information in the sync summary report.

Possible failures:
- report of partial or total failure from an rsync job
- failure to delete an old directory
- problems attempting to recreate an upstream symlink
- problems attempting to create a STATUS file

Marking all remaining PulpDist issues as CLOSED-EOL

It doesn't make sense to leave these issues open, as PulpDist hasn't been in active development for quite some time, and restarting development would involve a significant modernisation effort that would likely render many of these requests irrelevant.
