Description of problem:
The Defaults of ovier-reports are wrong for Server IP (10.35....) & DB Name (rhevm_history)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install ovirt-reports
2.Open reports Portal
3.Goto Resources->JDBC->Data Source
4. Edit the "oVirt History"
  
Actual results:
Server IP & DB name are incorrect,
Server IP (10.35....) & DB Name (rhevm_history)

Expected results:
Server IP (localhost) & DB Name (ovirt_history)

Actual results:

The Actual results should be as follow, not localhost,since the mail is sent not to a local user,
It should be
http://<Reports-Server_IP>:<Reports:Port>/rhevm-reports
