Description of problem:
Make gluster services gNfs, shd and volume operations work when auth.allow 
list does not include peers' addresses/hostnames. servers reject the 
connections from peers if auth.allow does not include peer list.

We have test cases written to test auth.allow with quota, clear-locks, replace-brick,rebalance, geo-replication. 

The test cases has been executed and feature is working fine. Marking this bug as verified.
