It must be complaining about the patch1 part of the version, I think.
Grr. I'm sorely tempted to fix hdf5 to have a sane version here, but since f15 is coming towards the end of its life, I'm just going to patch in the explicit versioning into R-hdf5. Package R-hdf5-1.6.9-13.fc15.2: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing R-hdf5-1.6.9-13.fc15.2' as soon as you are able to. Please go to the following url: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-2161/R-hdf5-1.6.9-13.fc15.2 then log in and leave karma (feedback). Yes, this worked. I tried to log in to leave karma, but my ID seems to have expired. So, I give it a +1 via this bugzilla. At some point I'll get around to signing up again so I can leave real karma. Thanks for your help. R-hdf5-1.6.9-13.fc15.2 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. |
