$ sudo /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-timedated 
Failed to issue method call: No such file or directory
Failed to determine whether NTP is enabled: Input/output error
$ echo $?
1

This in turn makes the datetime panel of gnome-control-center crash.

Fixed in git systemd, soon in F17.
