Description of problem:

currently when we copy template we can only select to copy it to one domain each time. 
I think we should allow selecting more then one domain since the template itself is only read from.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create 3 domains
2. create template on one domain
3. copy templates to other domains
  
Actual results:

we do not have multiple selection for domains

Expected results:

we should have multiple selection
